Bev Thomas needed a way to showcase her listings to potential buyers. We created a bi-fold flyer template that can be updated for each listing.
To get a clean fold we printed on larger paper. We went with a heavier weight so that the bi-fold brochures were sturdy.
Interchangable Info
The design was created in Adobe Indesign so that images and text could be easily swapped out for each new listing.
Visuals were important for our client, and this design showcases multiple listing photos.
The flyers were designed to be left at the seller’s home for potential buyers to bring home.
